Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery if merchandise occasioned by manufacturer’s scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any cause beyond the control of the seller.

NOTE: Re-stocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will be assessed to any authorized returns or cancellations. The buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of all merchandise picked up. Buyer agrees to measure doorways as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. SELLER CAN DESIGNSATE A DAY FOR DELIVERY, but not a specific time. Seller cannot move old furniture. Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty. Seller will assist the buyer in the exercise of all factory warranties. Products labeled “PROMOTOINAL” come with a 90-Day Manufacturers Warranty and are not eligible for Extended Warranty. BUYER LAYAWAYS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION. ANY LAYAWAY INVOICES WITH NO PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT FOR 90-DAYS WILL BE CANCELLED-NO REFUND OR CREDIT. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving. All Customer Service Claims Must Include the Original Sales Invoice and Payment Receipt. Warranty Claims are Valid ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND NOT TRANSFERABLE

MUTUAL RESPECT CLAUSE: The seller maintains the right to VOID ALL WARRANTIES and or CUSTOMER SERVICE REPAIRS, should any employees be verbally or physically abused by the BUYER or ANYONE ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUYER.
